Since 1982, Gerry Wendrovsky has been involved in the complete preparation, prosecution and trial of numerous negligence claims and lawsuits for serious personal injuries, resulting from automobile, truck and bicycle accidents; pedestrian knockdowns; sidewalk and roadway falls; and accidents occurring in the home or at work.

Products have included toys, exercise bicycles and skin/hair care products. In most investigations, he obtains, reviews and utilizes records maintained by the Consumer Products Safety Commission, and the American Association for Justice(formerly, ATLA).
Mr. Wendrovsky has investigated, prosecuted and brought to trial medical malpractice cases, including psychiatric malpractice and burns received during kidney dialysis.
Having received extensive training in the field of negligence and medical malpractice from a highly regarded Wall Street personal injury firm, and as the managing attorney of two other small firms solely devoted to accident and negligence cases, Gerry Wendrovsky has applied his knowledge, time and experience on numerous occasions, in representing and helping those whose injuries are traumatic and life altering.
As an adjunct and what he deems a part of the representation of accident victims, Mr. Wendrovsky has applied the same level of dilgence, towards forcing the payment of medical bills through the filing and trial no-fault (medical) arbitrations, and obtaining monies for automobile property damage claims, from automobile insurance companies.
