The Association of the Bar of the City of New York Legal Referral Service has certified Gerry Wendrovsky as a panel member, in the areas of landlord-tenant law; matrimonial and family law; estates and wills; appeals; small business sales/purchases; private party adoptions; and consumer law.
Gerry Wendrovsky is a member of the New York State Bar Association, and the New York County Lawyers Association. He is admitted to practice before the Courts of the states of New York, Connecticut and Colorado, and the Federal Courts in New York City Long Island and Westchester. He is certified by New York State as a guardian, court evaluator and attorney in guardianship proceedings; a matrimonial fee arbitrator, and small claims mediator in the New York City Civil Court.
Mr. Wendrovsky has been honored twice by the New York County Lawyers' Association for outstanding contributions to its pro bono programs; and by Trial Lawyers Care(ATLA), and New York State Trial Lawyers Association, for 'extraordinary service' to the victims and families of victims of the 9/11 attack on New York City. He also mentors and assists volunteer attorneys with NYCLA’s Legal Counseling Project.
